Perquimans County Waterway Watch

 The Perquimans County Waterway Watch is a group of citizen scientists monitoring local waters in the Hertford area for the presence of harmful algal blooms (HAB's). We cooperate with university scientists and NOAA's Phytoplankton Monitoring Network.
